Correction: when looking at the list of ca 70 competitions we've had then
there wasn't jury listed here: https://www.miljonpluss.ut.ee/24h/ (even
thou there still was something in the press release)

Images that have no monument go directly against the rules of the
competition. So I see nothing wrong in not letting them to compete for the
international prizes.
But for me it's surprising to see some rather small-sized, watermarked and
low quality images among the best. Could it be due to the se
27;d like to know where the money went, as I can't
personally think of any places on where to spend that much. Or what kind of
outreach approach was taken to achieve the x goals etc.
