Hi Tomasz, let me answer briefly: 1 - Of course, we are checking data licenses. They're OK. 2 - It is a wonderful idea to work together with institutions for creating a unique system ID, but we are way behind this point, and we have so many issues right now that we can't afford to engage in this.
