[Wiki Loves Monuments] CRITICAL: CentralNotice Javascript issue

I was checking the CentralNotice and found out that it has an illegal character, particularly it has wrong comments in 'switch' statement, they all start with #, and they should be wrapped with /* */. Because of that, the script can't change the URL of the central notice to the local web-site. ht
