I know it is not the most important issue now, but I would like to know:
was there any consensus in the past about the name of the competition?
Should we prefer the Wiki Loves Monuments form to Wiki loves monuments
or wiki loves monuments?

Hi Samat,
there was consensus to use capitals for all three words, Wiki Loves
Monuments - so that it abbreviates to WLM. This is what is currently being
used in all countries (except for local translations such as in Poland).
