Hi, Actually, I'd say: yes, yes, yes and yes. If you're having the slightest doubt, just add it to the category. Let the jury worry about the edge cases :) Obviously the card isn't a very useful picture, so unlikely to win. The dummies seem copyrighted to me, so might get deleted (category or not)

Just to add to Tomasz' points (which I agree with): since the GLAM category is created to make judging for the special Europeana sponsored GLAM prize easier, please simply add images to that category if you're in doubt. We can leave it up to the special prize jury to make that judgement call. Most

Hi Peter, I have seen the topic of quality judgement of the WLM pictures being brought up in several places (at the Featured Pictures Candidates page on Commons, for instance), so just wanted to make it clear. Obviously the jury members /could/ potentially notice that some of the images are marked
