We will submit our FDC application in less than two weeks, most of the things are in draft, but everything should be on time. One important point where I would be really happy to have the more inputs, it is the SWOT analysis of the Association. You can find a table here https://members.wikimedia.ch/FDC_application_2013-2014/SWOT_analysis Please use one line per person, you can answer to only one question if you want.
