Gujarati Samaj in old delhi, is very affordable, not sure how far your
venue is from there though. This place is conveniently located for Delhi
Metro, 5 min walk from ISBT. But I think you need to have one Gujarati in
your group.

There are various pgs as well as cheap but decent hotels that would be
available here. Areas near Karol Bagh and Paharganj would give you various
cheap hotels, though Paharganj wouldn't be the best idea. Still, I've
