The code of conduct was finalized in 2014 after the above mentioned
misdeeds by the Past EC members

Its completely weird to make a Code of Conduct for Advisory Committee
when the Executive Committee members in the past have been culpable
for a variety of misdeeds! It is the EC who needs a Code of Conduct,
not advisors!
