Totally agree with Ravi. We should groom more stewards and GAC/FDC members. That will help prepare a potential candidate (for board elections) for greater roles within the movement. That would imply taking more responsibility in community and international events both online & offline to develop the "biodata" and become reasonably well known. On the other hand, English Wikipedia initiatives finds lack of volunteers. If anyone wants my vote, I'd like to see some online action.
