Dear all
The Funds Dissemination Committee (FDC) has recommended that the Wikimedia
Foundation awards Wikimedia UK £277,300 towards our work in 2016/17. Their
comments on our proposal are here, along with the other organisations being
assessed in this round:
Thanks everyone for your kind words. I think my subscription to this list
has only just activated but I've seen the other replies on the list archive
pages. I really appreciate your messages and I look forward to working with
you all as a volunteer in the future.

In the current climate that is good news, and I hope reflective of the
potential the charity has to continue to deliver after all the changes this
year.
A very big well done to staff who helped develop the plan and we wish you
luck in delivering it!
