Back when I was Head of Outreach at the House of Lords, I can remember an Information Committee meeting (made up of members of the House, but I was present), where Lord Puttnam - producer of Local Hero, Chariots of Fire and Bugsy Malone, among many others - was pushing for Select Committee

Hi all One of our privileges as a Wikimedia chapter is to vote in the chapter/affiliate election for the so-called "affiliate-selected WMF board posts". Candidate nominations closed this week, and the board now needs to decide which candidate or candidates we wish as a chapter to support.
