Yes has been picked but the lawyers are discussing details so unwilling to
announce yet. Quite frustrating really. When announced they will be
reaching out to the community.

As I've said directly on the blog post I personally appreciate that the
board is willing to acknowledge that mistakes have been made and understand
that damage has been caused.
It is very hard for the board to go into any details while the review is
ongoing. That will inevitably come up with
