We're looking a year ahead, so we should have plenty of time to sort

(I'm looking at Iain Macdonald, Tom Morris and Paul Williams in
particular).

The obvious opportunity would be to take the fringe to the fringe. Every
Wikimania needs some events for the day after Wikimania, why not make one
option be to spend a few days at the fringe? I started the category
