We have pubs in Oxford, Coventry, Cambridge, Manchester and now Liverpool that are usually relatively quiet and uncrowded, so conversation is much easier. This is definitely a great idea, well done. :-) I think the last time that local ads were tried for events was back in 2010 with Britain Loves Wikipedia at the Postal Museum and Archive, which worked really well. Another option is for WMUK to invite local donors to come along to them - I think
