Just FYI. As this bug: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T94562 seems to be fixed, hopefully, the problems with uploading big DjVu files using upload wizard should diappear. I have tested it today with few 60-70MB DjVus and everything seems to be fine. I think, the url2commons tool also uses
