There isn't reason to celebrate, unfortunately. The blog post mentions only Wikipedia links. And, in fact, doing a search on test.viaf.org, you will get only records containing links to Wikipedia. See for example the JSON formated record for Jane Austen: http://rdap02pxdu.dev.oclc.org:8080/viaf/
