[Wikitech-l] emails in html or in nicely formatted plain text?

Hi everyone! Is there a way to configure email notifications and emails so that the users of the wiki receive emails in html format? Or in text format without wiki-markup. I haven't found any extension that can do that. Cheers, - Yury Katkov, WikiVote

Also, I'm fairly certain that Wikitaxi will not be able to take an incremental dump file (2013-April) and append / update an existing Wikitaxi database (your 2013-Jan). There is also the larger issue of Scribunto support. The 2013-April English Wikipedia dump comes down with significant {{#invoke}

There are experimental incremental dumps [1], but I'm not sure if they would work for you, especially since they don't seem to go to January. There's also a proposed Google Summer of Code project to make this possible [2], but that's going to be completed in September at the earliest. So, right n
