[[mediawiki:gadget-hotcat.js]] on commons. Ok. There is no standard place
really; use github or your preferred host, and if mediawiku devs or wikimedia
users are interested, they will use it and send patches or feedback.

B) it's good practice to make them for all projects, regardless of size, I only
to help solidify one's thinking.
We should do LESS designing in code, not more.

Yes! That's the idea. Identify what content is fundamental to put on the
homepage. Some people agreed that the contents of the homepage needs to be
directed to new users. And I wonder:

5.5.0...5.5.7 and
I submitted a bug report describing the problem in more details on the
Wikimedia Bugzilla, but short version is that when deleting or moving multiple
pages at once, I experienced severe server lag and timeouts, and the job queue
seemed to process the requests in PHP very slowly in PHP 5.5.0. I
