Try an already installed Windows version, then call from Wine. I
believe this will works..

What program is it ? It tries to read the int24 handler.
Did you try to run it with --debugmsg +int ?

begins with change of INT_GetPMHandler to DOSVM_GetPMHandler16. When the
function try to read the interrupt vector, the app crashs, with
following error message:
