Having english strings should be OK, that's much better IMO than having a non-functional/semi-broken dialog.
Plus, some of the resource files seemed very out of date (Si.rc for instance), so I was not sure how to handle them.
Thta's exactly the reason why some language resource files are out of date. -- Dmitry.
