To receive packets, use one of the cards supported by WinPcap (there's a
list of cards at
http://home.comcast.net/~jay.deboer/airsnare/supported.htm) and the normal
capture procedure (you can start from one of the samples in the developer's
pack). You will see Ethernet frames, since 802.11 is still not supported
natively by Windows kernels and therefore is exported as a fake Ethernet.
I've never tried to send packets, but a user reported that if you build
Ethernet frames, they will be converted to 802.11 and sent to the network.
