I saw something about make a linux router to manage the bandwidth the people
use, is it true? can someone help me and give info about make one of them, i
saw you can make one with a pentium 100 and two nic´s.

I have found they are using PCOM radio modems. given that they say it's
operating at 64kbps it's probably an AirLink 64SMP (formerly by
"Cylink"). Why would they use that when WiFi is cheaper and faster?
