I had to reboot one of my towers tonight and when the access point came back
with "Default plug overrides configured parameters"
Since this P10 AP has been up for 7 months, and rebooted 20 times or so and no
tower climbs, I am fairly certain that it doesn't have a default plug in it.
Has anyone
I don't think the Nanostation has the horsepower to do 20Mbps, do they?

What unlicensed gear would you suggest to create a 15 mile PtP link,
mostly over water (with clear LOS) that'll run at ~20 Mbits through
most weather? Very high reliability is not required, and minimum cost
is preferred.
If there are any vendors on the list that would be able to quote such
And it will have a metal tag or stamped into the wood in that area something
like:
4-40
or 5-25
The first number is the class and the second is the length in feet.

Ther is usually a cut out area about chest level on the pole.. This is 12 feet
from the bottom of the pole. If you have 40 foot poles in the area, you can
tell how deep the telco or power company is burying them. Out her they do 11
percent +1 foot for every foot over a certain height.

We always did 5 feet plus 10% of all poles longer than 20 feet.

They go 10% + 2' into the ground, depending on soil conditions.
