John, You are correct, Gig is starting to go for $1-$2 per mb. Not only from Hurricaine, although Hurricaine is clearly a disruptive force leader today. Hurricaine is doing a big marketing push with Equinix, which I think is really helping them expand both in market share and quality of peering.
