I've seen them use the Motorola WAP650.

A combination of Motorola, Samsung, and Huawei WiMAX across different
markets...or so I'm told.
I'm actually confident about Huawei. I saw a demo of Clearwire's network in SF
at the WiMAX / LTE Development

NextNet Wireless' Expedience
Yeah, they also made a 2.4GHz version but for obvious reasons it didn't
work that well, I think the pricing was the same for both versions.

They were bought by Cisco, and never heard from again. (Black Hole
of San Jose?)
IIRC a Navini 2.5GHz base station was in the $50k range. Nice
beam-forming radios though.
Not sure if they are still in business, but I believe Navini made 2.5GHz
gear as well.

I think Clearwire bought out a company a few years back and has a
special product made just for them. I know there was a press thing about
a year ago where Motorola also built a special system for clearwire too.

For what it's worth, I found this while googling
http://www.motorola.com/web/Business/_Documents/static%20files/Motorola%20PTP%2025600%20Bridge.pdf
While not PtP, it should still preserve his 2.5 GHz spectrum, I believe.

A friend of a friend called me about a project that needs a PtMP radio
solution on 2.5 GHz (about 23 radios).
I told him I didn't know of anything but would ask around.
Any suggestions here? Preserving their 2.5 GHz band is very important to them.
