Add that none are re-farming current spectrum. New technologies are deployed
in new bands instead of reforking 2g and 3g networks and reuse the spectrum
Only case is Sprint fading out Iden network for LTE...

I'm pretty sure analog was still running as of a couple years ago. I know that
it is off now. OnStar used it and when the FCC allowed carriers to shut down
their analog networks, some vehicle owners already had compatible radios, some
needed an upgrade, some where left behind.
