Ground lug.  Come in 3/8 or 1/4 inch holes.  You have 3/8. Hole spacing is one of two different gaps. Go to www.sitepro1.com and go to overstock tab.  They have them on clearance without inspection windows. If u r size is not there go to the grounding tab. If you buy universals lugs they will
