Yep, same thing here in Louisiana. If you follow their guidelines you need to provide data down to the census block and they are now accepting (not requiring, yet!) 2010 census data. BUT, if you send us your FCC data file, that's good enough!!? :-o Ed Spoon Manager of Internet Services triparish.
