My questions... #1. Noise floor anyone? 20 cars at an intersection all blaring 2.4 @ 20dBm or so? Metro Wi-Fi, ouch... #2. Why cut off the guy in front of you when you can disable his cars main computer with a handy gumstick type pc designed specifically to break into a cars networks? :)
