Your best bet, is to see your lawyer. Last time I had a lawyer draw me up a contract it was $500.00. I'm sure it could be cheaper, but it's one of those things thats hard to bid out. Also make sure the lawyer has some experience in the sale of business. George [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: Hello
