Less, there is a Cisco white paper on the subject (applies to 8.2 and above). It has a lot of fantastic information on RRM in general including FRA, including how it makes decisions. It should all be there, and what’s not I got directly from the RRM/FRA engineers in the BU.

After updating Cisco, they said that we were hitting two documented bugs - CSCug27515 and CSCug65693. Cisco indicated that this was a bug on Apples side and that these Apples device could experience problems on any network supporting A-MPDU... Thanks, Dustin Howard Network Support Specialist

Most UPS companies offer service contracts on the larger UPS (Symmetry line from APC is one example). That's what I think they were asking about. IE, If your putting cheap throwaway UPS's in there, is it worth having a service contract. I think it comes down to how you utilize your network. If
