Hi Everyone,

We are combining the two Community Group sessions for Net-Man and Wireless-LAN
into a single, continuous super session. They will be listed in the agenda as
"Wireless-LAN and Network Management Community Groups Session (Part 1) and
(Part 2). The first part will start at 3:15 pm and will be user-presented
lighting round presentations. The second part will start roughly at 4:15 pm
and focus on traditional conversation topics.

For the first part, we're looking for 4 people to give roughly 10-minute
presentations on recent challenges / projects / accomplishments that would be
interesting to members of both groups. Note: you don't have to be on the list
to attend. So feel free to invite any of your colleagues that may not be on
the list or know about our two Community Groups.

If you are interested in being one of the four, please send me an email
(eric_ke...@harvard.edu) with your proposal. The Community group leaders will
pick which four are the most relevant, and will notify those individuals well
in advance so they can be prepared to present. Please include a brief summary
of the topic and why you feel it would be interesting to share with the entire
group. We ask that submissions be sent in by August 31st.

We look forward to seeing anyone on the list and interested in the list at the
Conference. We're also excited that our two sessions are at the end of the day
on Tuesday so that we can naturally continue the discussion with informal
conversations into the evening.

Thank you,
