We're seeing issues with Macs running the new Leopard (v10.5) OS. They would lose connectivity to our Cisco LWAPP (WPA authentication) wireless network. The only way to resolve it has been to disable and re-enable the wireless NICs. Apple came out with an OS patch (I think it is v10.5.2) that
