We use:
4 in. Galvanized Corner Braces (4-Pack) (one L-bracket can provide for one AP
but we use 2 brackets for one AP).

With 10/32 bolts and serrated serrated flange nut (you can find these any
hardware online source).

It work well for Cisco APs w/bracket AIR-AP-BRACKET-2. I don’t know about any
other AP vendors.
