The Cisco 702W looks very promising for our dorm rooms that are very limited
due to legacy infrastructure and I can't wait to try these out. Anyone know an
approximate cost on those yet? Even though Cisco recommends you mount most AP's

ceiling tile for every other room and then evaluate as needed for placement. We
moved from about 4 to 5 access points per dorm building for legacy deployments
over to about 20 in newer construction. -67 to -70 dBi is a goo

Ironic that you sent this. Today we had a lightning strike and we lost 5
cameras connected to a POE switch. At the time we figured it was a power outage
but upon logging into the switch it looks like it rebooted and it didn’t past
POST for POE. A minute later the switch went dead again.
