No bug ID, but it’s mentioned in the release notes for 15.2, but oddly, not in
the open caveat section. That suggests it’s something that can’t be fixed.

I’ve seen this once recently on a WS-C3560G-48PS The issue was specific to the
shared port group on the board and cleared after reboot. Other ports on the
switch outside of that 12-port group were fine before reboot. I did not open a
TAC case on it.

We have a similar problem when using midspan injectors. Does disabling CDP and
then re-enabling it fix things? I believe our midspan understands LLDP but not
CDP and the power negotiation between AP and switchport

There is/was a known PoE issue with the older 15.x releases
I haven't seen something exactly like this before, but one time,
clear int gig0/1 (or whatever) solved a power issue on a 3560G PoE
with an oddball camera. Your mileage may vary.

We’re also going through TAC on this, but I’d like to see if anyone else is
seeing similar in their Cisco switching environment and might have perspective
We did see something similar and chalked it up to an electrical storm that
caused some interesting brown out conditions on campus. It appeared that
there was a commercial power event, but the switches never completely lost
power. For us, it hit 2 WS-C2960X-24PS-L switches on 15.0(2)EX5. We lost
