For those running Cisco controllers, I was wondering if people have any
feedback on enabling the Client Profiling on a WLAN?
I would like to get more accurate info on client devices. The Client
summery report gives a break down (not sure where/how it pulls that info
though). Do not plan on using it for policy, just want the better info.
We use Freeradius so adding the RADIUS profiling option I get additional
attributes like the following.
Cisco-AVPair = "dhcp-option=\000\014\000\013Dans-iPhone"
Cisco-AVPair = "http-tlv=\000\001\000\026iPhone5,1/7.1 (11D167)"
So nice to know there is an iPhone as apposed to just "Apple"
For anyone running it have you seen any drawbacks?
