I have 171 aps and 1700 users on a wg2100, and it's feeling pain. I'm in
the process of buying their biggest box. That box is documented at 1000
users, but the say the user count is conservative - they suspect that
the
big box will handle my load
It does good-old-microsoft vpn, so no, nothing that isn't already on a mac
osx or windows box, or easily installable on a linux box, is needed. It's
actually really easy to create an encrypted tunnel to and through the box.
