Something definitely seems amiss then. I’ll take a look at the case.
A maximum of 1 access license is consumed per MAC address, regardless of
multiple sessions or lack of accounting stop.

Did you talk to your reps (direct, not partner) prior to the upgrade? They’ve
always helped us when things like that happened and made sure we had what we
needed.
