There's three options you can take: Windows Policy Editor, ZWLANCFG, and
Aruba's configuration utility.

Hello,
I am actually working for a British university, but a colleague pointed
out this discussion to me. I hope you don't mind me posting to your
list.
As it happens, i have been developing a wireless automatic configuration
tool ready for our new academic year in September. It works on much the
Cloudpath XPressConnect- formerly ID Engines. Very powerful- and a great
bargain.
