without nghttp2, without LZ4, without Snappy, without libxml2.
Running on Linux 4.19.15-300.fc29.x86_64, with Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4200M CPU @
2.50GHz (with SSE4.2), with 15969 MB of physical memory, with locale
en_US.UTF-8, with libpcap version 1.9.0-PRE-GIT (with TPACKET_V3), with Gcrypt
1.8.4, with zlib 1.2.11, binary plugins supported (0 loaded).
Built using gcc 8.2.1 20181215 (Red Hat 8.2.1-6).

There is not dissector for CAN packets based on description in a DBC file.
Sample pcap file and associated DBC spec are attached.
