Put 'Capture Options' on top of 'Interface List' like
'Open' is on top of the recent file list. Maybe we
should have a bold item 'Recent Files' or so to
get the left most and middle column structured the same way.

actually I think that
- all entries in 'Capture Help' should be moved to 'Online'.
- 'Capture Help' can be removed.
- 'Sample Captures' should be moved to 'Online'.
This would result in three columns:
* Capture
* Files
* Onine
For me this would be easier to understand, especially, ever

> Files: Open a file
> Online: What to find online
I think the help pages for capturing should be moved to the online section,
as it won't be of any help if the user doesn't have internet access.
