only,and I have include all the files that i need （I think). But when
i compile it,there are many error in the packet-ip.h, for
example:packet_counts:Not in Formal Parameter List?

Why reinvent the wheel?
Use the existing TCAP dissector and use asn2wrs to generate the ASN.1
based dissector.

developed the dissection of the header, afterwards I use the
call_tcap_dissector function from the asn1/tcap dissector to have the

Yes, and I tried the existing stuff. Unfortunately, there seems to be a
multitude of possible implementations - none of the existing ones are
compatible.
