I was trying to work out why RLC appears under Telephony | LTE but MAC
doesn't.
I can see that register_tap_listener_mac_lte_stat() is being called...
I've seen this in my Windows and Linux builds. Under Linux
MAIN_MENU_USE_UIMANAGER is defined.
Any ideas?

since the commit for bug 1723 (done in revision 38679), I'm facing issues
with text2pcap for really small packet dumps.
Let's take this simple file example:
30 00 20
By executing the following command line:
text2pcap.exe -q -l 162 temp.txt temp.pcap
I get the following binary pcap
