While attempting to build a Wireshark .rpm on a Red Hat Enterprise Linux
system (Taroon, update 8), I ran into 2 problems:
1) epan/crypt/Makefile.common does not get copied to
packaging/rpm/BUILD/wireshark-0.99.5/epan/crypt/.
To quickly circumvent that problem, I manually copied the file once
