Stephen, I'm not sure, unfortunately. I can connect with VPN Tracker and then use the Mac Remote Desktop Client (from MS) or just connect to shared folders via the Finder/Go/Connect to server option. I can also fire up Parallels and then within Windows start up the GlobalVPN software. I t

Yes, that is what I remembered... Now, I have a client on oracle, and we moved them to jdbc, and many issues we saw with witango and oracle, went away. But I would agree, it seemed like the issues, were witango related, as I haven't seen those issues with other software. -- Robert Garcia

We are also experiencing the same problem; and the Oracle thread count is not released upon the expiration of datasource. We have contacted Witango support long time ago but they didn't seem to have any answer. We use Witango 5.5.09 and Oracle 9i. I think the problem is on the Witango side ...

We have experienced this issue since upgrading to Oracle 9/10. We found that restarting the witango process was clearing the open sessions. So we've set our datasourcelife higher which means sessions are less likely to time out in the first place, and we've set up a cronjob to restart the
