I have been printing barcodes from Witango apps for years, using open
source scripts. One is a javascript that runs on the WT server and
creates a that is a code 39 barcode, using black and white
one pixel gifs. Another generates jpg or png graphics of barcodes.
Both are free.

I do it millions of times a day, but not with oracle. Have done with
mysql, mssql, primebase, and probably a couple of others, but not
oracle. However, I don't think it would be any different with oracle.
