I use Windows 2003 web server. The @include tag seems to want to start with
the root of the website.
The root of the web site is set to file:///\\ics9\Witango\wwwroot\Catsite
\\ics9\Witango\wwwroot\Catsite in IIS admin.
This variable is included in witango.ini

In your Witango.ini is anything set in the ABSOLUTEPATHPREFIX=
And 2nd, try reading the file via read file action rather than @INCLUDE and
see if you have the same experience. I believe @INCLUDE may be locked to the
root level of the application (effectively the
