The problem of only getting a portion of data may be due to the size limiter on
the @URL tag.
Try increasing the limit by setting a larger MAXRESULTSIZE=
Also, the DETAILEDRESPONSE option allows you to get to the header of the
response, which may be necessary to determine the file type,
