answer your question, but there is no reason to remove the ?
In Apache, as stated in another reply, you can use a mod_rewrite.
In IIS, you need to use an ISAPI filter.
But do you really need to remove the ?. My answer is no. I
search engines do not stop at the ?
If you have a regular link to a URL with an argument, they will
surely get to it.
